Frequently asked questions

How is a weighted GPA calculated?

Each grade is multiplied by the course credits, the products are added up and the total is divided by the total credits. A 5-credit course moves the average five times as much as a 1-credit one, and the GPA calculator does the arithmetic for you.

How is a Bagrut average calculated?

The Bagrut is the Israeli matriculation exam. Each grade is weighted by its study units, and advanced-level subjects get a bonus. The bonus differs between institutions, so the Bagrut calculator lets you edit it.

What do I need on the final to reach my target grade?

The final grade calculator also works backwards: enter the grades you already have, the weight of each part and your target grade, and it works out what you need on the final.

Are the tools really free? Do I need to sign up?
