A to-do list tells you what to do.
Focusity tells you when.
Focusity imports your timetable and your assignments, and lays them out as a weekly study plan that actually fits — by due date, by difficulty, around the free time you really have, and in the hours your head is sharpest.
Start on desktop, continue on mobile.
Same account, same plan. Change something in one place and it updates in the other immediately.
One timetable and calendar that do more than show dates.
Drag, save a template to reuse, filter by type — all inside the calendar itself, without leaving it.
- Drag a block to another time and the plan updates immediately
- Save a template for a recurring block and drop it into any future day in one tap
- Duplicate an existing assignment to another day in a single tap
- Switch between day, week and month views
- Filter by classes, exams, work or personal — each category in its own colour
- Pick a custom colour for any assignment
- A reminder before every block, set when you schedule it
- Add an exam and the prep blocks schedule themselves
Missing a deadline isn't laziness. It's the absence of a method.
Every course wants attention in the same week, and it is hard to tell what to start with and what can wait.
Sitting down to study at 11pm because it is what is left of the day — not because it is when your head is sharpest.
An assignment that slipped under the radar among all the others, remembered the day before it closes.
Three minutes of importing — Moodle, a spreadsheet or a PDF — and the plan is already waiting.
No typing everything in, no building a schedule from scratch. Focusity does the arranging — you get on with studying.
Import
Import through Moodle (ICS), a spreadsheet or CSV, or a PDF of your exam timetable. Duplicates are removed automatically.
The plan builds itself
The engine lays study blocks into the free time you actually have, by due date, difficulty and importance, in the hours you told it you focus best.
Study with focus
A focus timer for every block, an alert when an assignment moves into the danger zone, and a clear picture of what is left this week.
A task left behind doesn't disappear. It moves up.
Anything you miss — a lecture, an exercise, exam prep — moves to one catch-up board, with a free slot the algorithm has already found for it. Tap "Reschedule" and it goes back into the plan, with no hunting for a place to put it.
- Items at risk are flagged automatically, including how long they have been waiting
- A reschedule suggestion based on real free time in your calendar
- Mark something done or watched without leaving the board
Everything you need to get through a semester in control — in one place.
Not features for the sake of features. Every one of these solves a specific moment where students get stuck.
Never miss a deadline
An automatic alert when an assignment moves into the danger zone — before it becomes a surprise, not after.
Study when your head is sharpest
Set the times of day you focus best — morning, afternoon, evening or night — and the schedule is built around them.
The plan works around what is already there
The engine learns your real timetable and builds only inside the free time that is genuinely left.
Prioritise without thinking about it
Ranked by due date, importance and difficulty — an algorithmic, transparent engine, not a model guessing on your behalf.
Move a block and the plan updates
Drag a block to another time and the plan updates immediately — exactly like the demo at the top of this page.
Keep the rhythm
XP and streaks for real consistency — with automatic streak protection for the day you miss.
Not just studying more. Studying consistently.
One productivity score sums up scheduling accuracy, focus and consistency — so you know not just how much you studied, but how closely you kept to the plan you set yourself.
- A focus timer for every study block
- XP and streaks that turn consistency into a habit instead of an act of willpower
- Automatic streak protection for the day when it simply is not possible
A to-do list tells you what.
Focusity decides when.
A good to-do list organises information. Focusity organises time — and that is the difference between knowing what is missing and knowing when you will close it.
This is not a criticism of to-do lists. They were simply built to answer a different question.

Is this just another to-do app?
Not quite. A list tells you what there is. Focusity decides when to do each thing — by due date, difficulty and the hours you focus best — and warns you before it is too late.
Is this an AI guessing for me?
No. The scheduling engine is algorithmic, transparent and fast — not a model making guesses. You can always see why an hour was chosen, and change it by hand.
What can I import?
An ICS file from Moodle, a spreadsheet or CSV, or a PDF of your exam timetable. Duplicates are detected and filtered out automatically.
Does it work in English?
Yes. Focusity works in English and in Hebrew, with real right-to-left support in both, and you can switch language at any time in Settings.
What if my university does not use Moodle?
That is fine. Moodle is only one of the options — you can also import from a spreadsheet or CSV, or from a PDF of your exam timetable.
What happens if I miss a day and break my streak?
Your streak is protected automatically — one freeze accrues each week and covers you for a single missed day.
